This weekend we headed down to Orange County to hang out with John's mom where she was housesitting for some friends with a nice pool.

So we stopped at the Buena Park mall and picked up some pool toys (a giant inflatable turtle and an R/C boat for John) and some Italian Beef sandwiches and had a nice summery day of fun!

I kinda got out of the blogging groove for a while... but I'm going to try to keep up on it better!

Friday was Beau's 29th birthday celebration at the Red Lion Tavern in Silverlake. It was crazy crowded, but a bunch of people showed up and it was a really good time!

The rest of the weekend should be pretty mellow, maybe more shopping and relaxing... and definitely some swimming!
