I GOT THE JOB!!!

Yup, that's right, I got the call today - as of July 10th I will be the Operations Supervisor of the West Hollywood Borders! I get a bump in pay, free parking (this is quite the luxury in LA!) and a (mostly) set schedule with evenings off!

Thanks to everyone who thought happy thoughts for me! I'm so excited!

After nearly two years of growing out my hair, I decided I needed a trim... and as it turns out, bangs as well.

Career Opportunities...

I had a job interview yesterday... for another position at the West Hollywood Borders. The position is the Operations Supervisor - basically in charge of all the financials and payroll and paperwork and ordering and all that... My boss would be my old boss - the best boss I've ever had - and he is even going to fight to get me more money!

It will probably be at least 3-4 weeks before the change happens and there is probably a 5% chance I won't get it, but I'm feeling really good about the chances! I'm supposed to hear something from the new GM either today or tomorrow, so wish me luck!

We got all cute to go out on Memorial Day, and then couldn't get in to any clubs!

Oh well, at least we looked good! :)
