Nice Long Weekend...

Happy Memorial Day everyone! I hope you all had a restful weekend, and have successfully launched the beginning of summer!

We did just that. Yesterday was Chun's going away party at the Fire Pits on Newport Beach. It was a fun day (other than the hour it took to find a parking spot) filled with Dodgeball, sausages, Smores and volleyball. It was very nice to spend the day with everyone and to see Chun off properly. It was also a nice reminiscence to our youthful days with the games, and the weather was perfect. All in all, a great way to kick off summer and wish Chun the best of luck in Grad School!

Today was much mellower, John and I hung out and relaxed, both feeling a little sore from yesterday's activities in the sand, and then we head out to a yummy lunch at Daphne's Greek Cafe for some Gyro, and then to our brand new Best Buy! We came home and watched the Celebrity Poker Showdown that awaited us on the TiVo, which was surprisingly entertaining, and now we nervously await tomorrow.....
